Past acquisitions include teardown lots rebuilt as new homes, a fire-damaged house rebuilt from the ground up, foreclosure and auction purchases, homes expanded with large additions, a five-lot subdivision in Glen Rock, and a fully approved mixed-use site in Randolph.
